Avalanche safety course - theory evening Kaprun

Mountain/ski guide Markus Amon and the Mountain Rescue Kaprun train with you the correct search with the avalanche transceiver and 1st aid on the mountain

Practical day with Markus Amon and the Kaprun Mountain Rescue Service.

In this practice-oriented workshop you can expect:

Putting the theory training into practice

Search for buried subjects
Terrain assessment
Application of the different decision strategies in the terrain
1st aid on the mountain, equipment check & tips

What to bring:

Ski touring equipment - we will go off-piste
Backpack with drinks & snacks
Shovel, probe, avalanche transceiver

Meeting point: 08.00 am valley station Gletscherjet

Cost: EUR 20.00 - this will be refunded in the form of a Bründl Sports voucher.

If you need a lift ticket, you can get one at a reduced price (EUR 17,- for ride up and down Langwied)
