The Mooserboden reservoirs are an impressive example of how we humans have learned to harness the power of nature. Thousands of tonnes of steel and concrete hold back the turquoise water and help generate power for the surrounding region.

Visitors interested in how it all works can walk the Electricity Trail, a guided learning path with lots of information stations explaining how the power of water is turned into electricity.
