Traditional and freshly cooked in an alpine ambience, with friendly service and dignified table culture. In the kitchen, regionality and authenticity are written in capital letters – from Pinzgauer Kasnocken in Pfandl, to golden-brown Wiener Schnitzel and seasonal specialities, to the highlights of Austrian pastry cuisine. The wine list offers a large selection of quality wines, especially from Austrian winegrowers.
The enjoyment of beer also has a special focus: Together with Stiegl, the private brewery of the Austrians, the “typical Austrian restaurant” at 2,450 metres spoils you with the art of brewing at the highest level. But the Gletschermühle also scores with a sunny terrace protected from the wind and weather by two umbrellas with an impressive view of the mountain and valley.
